Shipping will be prepared as soon as possible after an order is placed. Under normal conditions, the preparation process will not exceed 7 business days. In the unlikely event that it requires more time, you will be notified promptly through a notice on the website or through social media.

Currently, we ship only to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipments will be made through Correos via certified mail. The shipping cost is €3.62 within mainland Spain and €4.06 within the Balearic Islands. The standard shipping time is 2 to 4 business days. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Correos will attempt to deliver the package to your home on two occasions. If it cannot be delivered, it will be deposited at the nearest post office for 15 days (see conditions at www.correos.es). After this period, if it is not collected, it will be returned to the sender. You can track your package using the tracking number on the Correos website.

No changes or returns are accepted.

If your piece arrives broken, please email me at mogliceramica@gmail.com , attaching a photo of the package's condition inside and out, as well as any damage to the piece , within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Returns will not be accepted after this period. I will contact you as soon as possible. In this case, I will refund the amount or exchange it for another piece, and I will be responsible for shipping costs.
